This technology makes it possible for the surface temperature of the heat-generating textile finishing product to be 3-8℃ higher than the room temperature almost instantaneously under certain dry conditions. At the same time, HOLPOSON has launched heating and thermal insulation functional socks and thermal storage and heating fiber raw materials to meet the needs of different customer groups for textile products with different specifications. When there is no contact with moisture, the socks remain flat at room temperature. After the humidity in the air, the socks complete the heating process within 0-1min, and the temperature can reach 35-37℃.
Analysis and comparison of new heating socks
Introduction of heat releasing test method:
1: Set the constant temperature and humidity box at: 20℃+/-0.5℃, 40%RH
2: Put the used utensils in a thermostat: 100ML water sample at 20°C, dropper, clamp, FILR thermometer
3: Bake the sample to be tested at 80°C for 2 hours, then put the dried test sample into a thermostat for 2 hours
4: Drop 0.5ML room temperature water on the surface of the sample to be tested, and take a photo with a FILR thermometer to test and read the temperature of a local point in the picture
5: Record the temperature of the fabric within 0-5min before and after dripping, and read the temperature of the sample to be tested every 1 min.
6: Obtain the imaging and point temperature tabulation drawing of the test sample
Comparison of heating effect with ordinary socks:
It can be seen from the above far-infrared thermal imaging pictures that ordinary socks also have a certain heat preservation effect under certain conditions, but the socks that have been strengthened with Holposon's heating technology function have a more obvious heating effect than ordinary socks.
