Characteristics:
1. The TexTrit 9911 gives the fabric excellent color depth, brightness and luster. It improves the light depth effect;
2. For some dark fabrics. The deepening effect is better:
3. It does not affect the dyeing fastness and rubbing fastness of the fabric;
4. Give the fabric a good smooth and soft hand feel.
Attentions:
1. Dissolve the product with cold water or warm water (about 30-40 ℃), which can ensure good stability in the process;
2. In color deepening treatment, the dosage of the product should be adjusted according to the actual quantity in the factory. When it is used with other auxiliaries, experiment must be done well in advance to confirm the effect;
3. When the fabric/textile is too thick, the impregnation time can be appropriately increased to improve the effect of deepening and brightening.
Usage:
1. Impregnation treatment:
TexTrit 9911 2～ 3 ％ (o.w.f.)
Temperature 30 ～ 40 ℃
Duration 15 ～ 20min
2. Padding treatment:
TexTrit 9911 30～ 50 g/L
Liquid retention rate: 70 ％
Padding → drying (110 ℃ x 1-3 minutes) → heat setting (150 ℃ x 1-2 minutes)
Storage:
Storage time: 12 months
Keep indoor and avoid overheat or severe cold
