Characteristics:
1.TexTrit®TE804 makes fiber grafting on soft elastic resin, which gives polyester, cotton, nylon and other fibers excellent hydrophilic performance and wider compatibility performance. (Good compatibility with most functional additives, no conflict)
2. No yellowing discoloration on white and light-colored fabrics basically (verified by small sample experiment before actual use).
3. near self-emulsifying properties that support the stability of the emulsion in high shear, over a wide range of PH values (acidic and alkaline).
4. Non-stick roller, easy to return to repair.

Attentions:
1. Generally speaking, cationic softener, amino silicone oil softener, fluorine, wax water repellent, cationic color fixing agent, cationic antistatic agent, etc. are easy to affect the water absorption.
2. For fluorescent whitening or very light color, it is recommended to use malic acid or citric acid dip rolling.
3. Please confirm the effect of TexTrit®TE804 on various fastnesses through tests before applying to large shipments.
4. Use cold water or warm water (about 30- 40℃) to ensure the good processing stability and lasting effect.
5. This product has less effect on the fabric color and light.
Usage:
1. impregnation process
TexTrit®TE804 1~3%（o.w.f）
Temperature 30~50℃
Time 5~20min
2. padding process
TexTrit®TE804 15~60 g/L
Liquid rate 70%
Dipping and rolling → Drying (110℃×1~3min) → Shaping (150-170℃×1~2 min)
Storage:
1. When handling this product, please wear suitable protective measures and do not put this product in direct contact with your body.
2. When taking this product out of the container, please stir it well first.
