Characteristics:
HR-9 is a hydrophilic and soil release finishing agent with special chemical composition, which can infiltrate and spread inside the cotton fiber, form a membrane evenly on the fiber surface, and give the processed fabric the wash durability up to 50 times (JIS l0217.103, continuous washing method). The hydrophilic and soil release finishing agent HR-9 is suitable for the Sr (soil release) finishing of cotton knitted materials, cotton shirts, cotton socks, etc. It has excellent water absorption and soil release properties and is not easy to be dirty. Moreover, the dirt falls off when treated materials are washed, which maintains the whiteness for a long time.

Usage:
1Padding process
The recommended concentration is 30-60g / L (adjust pH to 5-6 with acetic acid). Dip and roll once, the liquid rate is about 80%, and dry at 160 ℃ for 2min.
2Impregnation method
The dosage is 3.0-6.0% (o.w.f.) (adjust pH to 5-6 with acetic acid), soak and stir at 45-55 ℃ for 20-30 minutes, and dry at 120 ℃.
3Spraying method
Dilute to 30g/L solution, spray evenly and dry.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Storage time is one year minimum. After opening, use up as soon as possible. If it is not used up, please cover it tightly to prevent the product from moisture or foreign matters.
