Zhejiang Holposon New Material Co., Ltd, HOLPOSON for short, was founded in 2017 by a young doctor returning from Canada.

Three series of new textile finishing agents, PreTrit, ColTrit, and TexTrit, have been developed in the pretreatment, dyeing and after-finishing processes, which have been widely used in textile printing and dyeing processing enterprises.

Solubility: Soluble in cold water
Characteristics:
1. TexTrit PHR gives fabric excellent soil release and easy care functions.
2. It can be applied in the same dye bath and has no effect on polyester fabric dyeing;
3. Good compatibility. It can be combined with other products of our company.
Attentions:
1. Please use the prepared working solution as early as possible to avoid deposition in the working solution;
2. Please confirm the influence of TexTrit PHR on various color fastnesses through test in advance;
3. Cold water or warm water (about 30-40c ℃) should be used for dissolution to ensure good processing stability and lasting effect of the product;
4. This product has little influence on fabric color.
Usage:
1. Impregnation method:
TexTrit PHR: 3-5% (o.w.f.)
Liquid retention rate: 70%
Impregnation at 25-30 ℃ for 15-20min → and drying at 120℃ for 2min
2. Padding method:
TexTrit PHR 30～ 60g/L
Liquid retention rate: 70%
Padding → drying (110 ℃ x 1-3 minutes) → heat setting (160-170 ℃ 1-2 minutes）
Storage:
Storage time: 12 months
Keep indoor and avoid overheat or severe cold
The optional packages are: 1kg/2kg/5kg/10kg/25kg/60kg/100kg/120kg
