Characteristics:
1. HSR endows cotton and other cellulose fibers, polyester, nylon and other synthetic fibers and their blended interwoven fabrics with excellent water-repellent, oil-repellent and stain-resistant properties, and high washability
2. Oily stains are not easy to penetrate into the interior of the fabric, and the stains can be washed away during the washing process, making the fabric lasting clean and easy to clean.
3. Does not affect the feel of the finished fabric
Testing standard
The following testing standards are supported:
AATCC 22 AATCC118 AATCC130 JIS L 1092
Usage:
HSR is usually processed and used by padding method.
Recommended formula: The concentration of the standard formula varies according to the target fiber material.
Generally, the standard concentration is:
TexTritN HSR 40～80g/L
Drying condition 100～120℃ ×1～3分钟
Baking condition 160～170℃ ×1～3分钟
Rolling ratio: about 60-80% (depending on the fiber)
Storage:
1. When handling this product, please wear appropriate protective measures and do not directly contact the product with the body.
2. Please keep this product in the range of 5-35 ℃, avoid direct sunlight and store it in a closed place. The quality may be affected by freezing and long-term high-temperature preservation.
3. When taking the product out of the container, please stir it evenly first.
