Characteristics:
The anti-perspective finishing agent TexTrit TN101 is a special anti-perspective finishing agent specially customized to prevent the excessive penetration of visible light, ultraviolet rays. The anti-perspective finishing agent TexTrit TN101 is a resin particle with a special molecule, which can improve the concealment of the fabric for light and translucent fabrics , thereby better improving the quality of wearing, especially suitable for business shirts, T-shirts, silk scarves, curtain fabrics, Wall coverings and so on.
Attentions:
1.Be sure to make a sample to confirm before use. If precipitation is normal, stir well before use.
2.The impurities in the air may be mixed into the air after the chemical material is completed, so try to bind 2 layers of filters on the catheter
3.This product has good washing resistance, and the anti-perspective effect after washing may be better than before washing, without the need to add crosslinking agent.
4.If you need to mix other agents in the working fluid, please do compatibility experiment before mass production to verify that no adverse reactions can be applied
Usage:
Dosage: Varies depending on the type of processed objects, generally 4.0-8.0% o.w.f.
1. Padding method：
TexTrit TN101 60-80g/L
Processing method: padding anti-perspective finishing liquid→drying (80-100℃)→setting(150-180℃×30S)(Try to control the amount of liquid to 60%-80%)
2. Impregnation method
用量为4.0-8.0%o.w.f
Homogenizing material finishing solution 40°C impregnation (20-30 minutes) → dehydration → drying (100°C) → setting (above 120°C, 1-2 minutes) ）
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place. The shelf life of this product is at least 1 year. Use up as soon as possible after opening. If it is not used up, please close it tightly to prevent the product from getting damp or mixing with foreign objects.
